Unfortunately, modern general-purpose computing platforms fall short in most of these requirements.

CCD CoE seeks research papers from academia and the professional world
that offer an original and substantial contribution toward
understanding conflict in cyberspace.
The 2010 agenda has three tracks:

CCD CoE is soliciting research papers within the emerging field of cyber warfare, including but not limited to the following topics:

Conference ACIS 2008 (NCIS 2008) as a Colombian
initiative to develop and promote academic research

Submission:
Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not being considered in another forum. We welcome work in progress in addition to more mature work. Submission could be made in the form of either
• A short position paper of up to 4 proceedings pages in length.
• A full-length technical paper of up to 8 proceedings pages in length.
Submission must be in PDF format, in accordance with the IEEE conference paper style (http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html).
