Target Audience: Security Officers, Security Professionals and Product
Vendors, IT Decision Makers, Policy Makers, Security-, Network-, and
Firewall Administrators, Teachers, Academic Researchers and Software

The FRHACK Team (TFT) encourages speakers to present new and interesting
projects for FRHACK 01 and will give preferential treatment to
submissions that have not been presented at other conferences.
Further, TFT invites any individual who has not spoken at a conference
before to submit a talk and attempt to make FRHACK their inaugural event!
TFT encourages girls passionated by IT Security to submit papers, as TFT
Target Audience: Security Officers, Security Professionals and Product
Vendors, IT Decision Makers, Policy Makers, Security-, Network-, and
Firewall Administrators, Teachers, Academic Researchers and Software

SUBMISSION
Papers and presentations are now being accepted. All proposals should
be submitted via email to cfp@athcon.org; due to the love of spam. The
subject must begin with: “[AthCon 2012 CFP]“. Furthermore, your email
must include the following information in the body:

If you are unsure of wether you'll like it, feel free to have a look
at the content of previous editions. Talks included topics such as
SS7 phone networks hacking, satellites take overs via x25, kernel land
exploits against grsecurity hardened kernels, or the pwnie awards
winner Tarjei Mandt for his first presentation on this topic (note

The Rocky Mountain Information Security Conference Organizing Committee is proud to announce the call for papers for the fifth annual Rocky Mountain Information Security Conference on May 13th (PreConference workshops on May 12th), co-hosted by the ISSA Denver and ISACA Denver Chapters. This call for papers ends Saturday, February 11, 2011.
If your presentation is selected for inclusion in the conference, you will be informed in late February. Submitted papers will also be considered for the PreConference Workshops on Thursday, May 12th. Those selected to present will receive a complimentary registration for the conference.
Guidelines for Submission
RMISC is looking for presentations covering a variety of current and future Information Technology Security, Auditing, Compliance, Privacy, and Cloud Computing topics. Presentations should be geared toward a Management, Technical, Auditing, Compliance, or IT Governance audience. Based on feedback from conference attendees, presentations should be in-depth and focused on a specific issue or technology. Please try to stay away from overviews or summaries. Hands-on demos and case studies with actionable outcomes are encouraged. Participants want to take away skills and information that they can use.
