CanSecWest is nearing in the second week of March, and
this year I've waited on sending out the CFP note/reminder.
It's been up on the site for a while with a Dec 29 deadline,
but this is the real last call for submissions. If you don't get
them in by this weekend they won't make the selections
review process next week. We'll try to announce the
selections the week following. After 11 years, most
association with the aim to give experts and professionals a platform to
transfer insights into the information security domain and to sensitize
users to information security topics. The official conference web site

The Call For Paper (CFP) is now open and we are accepting interesting &
innovative proposals for 50-minute talks.

We have begun announcing this year’s speaking line-up with more
speakers being announced regularly. We still have a few open slots
that we need to fill, so if you are interested in speaking at this
year’s event please submit a paper via our CFP address of ‘cfp <at>
layerone <dot> info’. Our current selection of speakers covers a wide
range of interests. We will have presentations covering such topics as
Web Application Security, GnuRadio, Lockpicking Forensics, Security
Consulting, and DNSSEC. Our speakers come from a wide variety of
backgrounds and are all subject matter experts in their respective

TOORCON 9 CFP
Papers and presentations are being accepted for ToorCon 9 to be held at
the Convention Center in San Diego, CA on October 19th-21st, 2007. Please
email your submissions to cfp [at] toorcon.org; submissions will be accepted
until September 9th, 2007.
Briefings and the Training classes will end on January 1. To take advantage
of those significant savings, please consider registering soon. The Black
Hat Europe early bird rate ends February 1 - we'll have more details about
that event in our next mailing.
CFP OPEN FOR BLACK HAT DC AND EUROPE
Another reminder is that Black Hat is still considering Briefings speaker
applications for both Black Hat DC and Black Hat Europe, so if you have a
strong, compelling and technical presentation to share, please let us know!
To be considered for Black Hat DC, you'll need to have your work in our

Mother of all Indian Hacker's Conferences "ClubHack" is now in its
fourth year and we again invite all the geeks & hackers around the
world to be a part of the same.

We are expecting a good deep knowledge technical
presentations/demonstrations on topics from the world of Information
Security. These presentations are expected to be of 40 minutes each.

9 years have gone by since we released our first CFP and crammed into
a couple of small rooms at UCSD, but we're very proud to have come
this far and to be finally accepting submissions for the 10th ToorCon.
I could go on and on talking about how great this year's event is
going to be, but I'm sure you already know that it's going to kick ass
or don't give a hoot and aren't going to read any further.
Now that we've eliminated all of the losers here's some details about

Hacktivity is the biggest hacker conference in CEE region which will be held between September 17-18 2011 in Budapest, Hungary.

Hi,
the German section of the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP)
announces a for Presentations (CfP) for the third OWASP AppSec Germany
conference on the 20th of October 2010 in Nuremberg. The conference will
be held in parallel with the IT security exhibition. The conference is
primarily oriented toward a german speaking audience, but also
presentations in English are welcome. The OWASP AppSec Germany 2010 will
extend the range of typical security conferences with contributions
covering development, operation and test of web-based applications.
We will be accepting talk proposals until July 1, 2008. All submitted
presentations will be reviewed by the T2 Advisory Board.
We suggest strongly that you submit earlier rather than later, since we
will close the CFP early once we receive enough quality submissions to
fill the slots.

As maybe you know during two weeks Mexico suffered an epidemic, so the
institute where BugCON going to be change the dates of all activities,
including BugCON, this week we will have confirmed the new dates,
probably BugCON will be on Agust.
For these reason, BugCON mantein its CFP open from this moment to June

computer underground and associated culture (Law, Media, Software Companies,
Cracking Groups, Hacking Groups, Magazine Editors, Etc.) If you or anyone
you know of is interested in speaking on a self selected topic, please
submit
a CFP.
- From hacking your car, your brain, and CIA sculptures to hacking the vote,
Bluetooth, and DNS hacks. We group presentations by subject and come up with
topic areas, or "clusters" of interest. It worked out so well in the past we
are doing it again.
As always, talks that are more technical or that discuss new and never
before seen attack methods are of more interest than a subject that has
been covered several times before.
Submissions are due _no later than 18th February 2011_
